Job Description

Promotes customer-centric mindset in daily project activities. Prioritizes and completes numerous tasks, schedules, and projects simultaneously. Supports senior colleagues in preparation of presentations and communications to be delivered to senior leaders. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. Supports large or cross-functional projects, typically working on a specific work stream or activity with multiple stakeholders. Performs, updates and maintains existing reports and processes, including Service Level Agreement management. Assists with the implementation of initiatives to deliver on risk goals, policies & procedures and compliance efforts. Supports special projects as requested; provides ad-hoc support to management.
