  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive transformational change within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for growth and innovation.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge to provide impactful solutions.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency within current processes and procedures.
  6. Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and market analysis.
  7. Lead and execute projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of strategic goals.
  9. Stay abreast of industry developments and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Coach and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field: A Consultant – Strategy & Transformation At Mastercard Should Have A Strong Academic Background, Ideally With A Master's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Economics.

  • Proven Experience In Strategy And Transformation: Applicants Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Strategy And Transformation Roles, Preferably In A Global Organization. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Strategic Initiatives And Driving Transformational Change.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Develop Creative Solutions To Business Problems. Candidates Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically And Strategically.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders Is Crucial. Candidates Should Have Strong Presentation Skills, Be Able To Influence And Persuade Others, And Be Comfortable Working With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of The Payments Industry: Mastercard Is A Leader In The Payments Industry, And Experience Or Knowledge Of This Sector Is Highly Desirable For The Role. Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry Landscape, Trends, And Challenges, And Be Able To Provide Valuable Insights To Clients.
