Job Qualifications

  • Fluent In German: A Consultant In This Role Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate In German With Clients, Colleagues, And Stakeholders. This Includes Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Consulting Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Consulting Role, Preferably In The Areas Of Strategy And Transformation. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Provide Valuable Insights And Recommendations To Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking: A Consultant In This Role Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. They Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Complex Business Problems.

  • Knowledge Of The Financial Industry: Mastercard Is A Global Financial Services Company, So Experience Or Knowledge Of The Financial Industry Is Highly Desirable. This Includes An Understanding Of Payment Systems, Financial Products, And Industry Trends.

  • Team Player: The Consultant Must Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Colleagues And Clients To Achieve Common Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And Manage Their Own Workload Effectively.
