- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the payments industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and transformation initiatives for clients, aligned with Mastercard's overall vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and solutions to clients.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on payment strategies, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements to continuously improve and enhance consulting offerings.
- Effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to clients at all levels, from executives to front-line staff.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Consulting Services division through thought leadership and innovative ideas.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.
- Mentor and train junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Strong Business Acumen: A Consultant At Mastercard Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Business Landscape, Including Industry Trends, Market Dynamics, And Customer Needs. This Will Enable Them To Provide Strategic Insights And Recommendations To Clients.
Proven Consulting Experience: Candidates For This Role Must Have A Track Record Of Successful Consulting Engagements, Preferably In The Areas Of Strategy And Transformation. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Deliver Tangible Results And Drive Positive Change For Clients.
