- Develop and implement supplier enablement strategies to increase adoption and usage of Mastercard's B2B payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify key suppliers and create targeted enablement plans.
- Track and analyze supplier enablement metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive greater success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
- Conduct regular training and education sessions for suppliers on Mastercard's B2B payment solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on supplier enablement, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment on enablement strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation and resources for suppliers, including user guides and FAQs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to supplier enablement.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support on supplier enablement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Or Procurement Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Supplier Enablement Processes And Best Practices
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Recommendations To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
