  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and client needs.
  2. Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and implement strategic initiatives for clients.
  3. Utilize advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to generate insights and support decision-making.
  4. Lead client workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  6. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing business processes and operations.
  7. Use project management skills to oversee the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting.
  9. Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing them with the necessary support and resources for their professional growth.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and drive business growth through innovative and impactful solutions.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to develop and implement integrated strategies.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  14. Represent Mastercard and the Strategy & Transformation team at industry events and conferences.
  15. Contribute to the development and enhancement of consulting methodologies and tools.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Management Consulting, With A Focus On Strategy And Transformation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Complex Projects For Clients In Various Industries.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Innovative Solutions And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Internal Teams.
