- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive client success and promote growth within the Advisors & Consulting Services division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes that will improve efficiency and drive innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance and support.
- Utilize data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Data Strategy & Management team.
- Act as a thought leader within the financial technology industry, staying up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Represent Mastercard and the Data Strategy & Management team at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the division, with a focus on driving revenue and growth.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to achieve desired results.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals and objectives.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Strategy And Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Data Analytics.
Strong Understanding Of Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Security Principles.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Strategies To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
