  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory requirements to ensure Mastercard’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations and identify potential compliance risks.
  3. Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  4. Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance matters and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify any potential areas for improvement.
  6. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to legal compliance and proactively identify potential areas for improvement.
  8. Participate in training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and documentation.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for external regulatory agencies and communicate any compliance-related inquiries or concerns.
  11. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compliance efforts across different regions.
  12. Keep all confidential information related to compliance matters secure and confidential.
  13. Stay informed about Mastercard’s products and services to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance processes and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  15. Represent Mastercard in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Legal Compliance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Laws Related To Payments And Financial Services.

  • Ability To Communicate Complex Legal And Regulatory Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
