Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join our Franchise Customer Enablement team at Mastercard. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing customer enablement programs. You will use your expertise and understanding of customer enablement to help drive customer loyalty, market share, and loyalty program growth.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in customer enablement or a related field. You must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You must also demonstrate deep knowledge of customer loyalty, market share, and loyalty program growth. An analytical mindset and the ability to think strategically and creatively are essential.
