  1. Conduct data analysis to support strategic HR initiatives and inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Data Analysis, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
