Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Data Analysis, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
