Job Description

  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of current compliance processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.

  9. Respond to and resolve compliance-related inquiries and issues from internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them.
  11. Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Uphold Mastercard's reputation as a leader in the financial industry by promoting a culture of ethical and compliant behavior.
