Analyst, Learning & Development

Accountable for program logistics and supports the implementation of all learning & development initiatives for the global sales organization. Scales programs/products for local implementation in all geographies. Learning programs/products include building management capabilities/expertise, functional knowledge and strategic capabilities. Assists in collecting information about learning needs, pain points and expectations both before and post-program implementation. Assists with the contract management process; works with vendors to complete SOWs and tracks invoices against the budget. Interfaces with vendors to ensure service delivery meets time, budget and quality guidelines and flags potential issues. Coordinates LMS processes and reports on program capacity, accessibility, popularity. Responsible for workshop logistics (e.g., handling, facilities management, catering, deliverable creation and distribution etc.).
