1. Greet and welcome customers to Massimo Dutti store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding their desired products and provide them with information on sizing, pricing, and availability.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Massimo Dutti's current and upcoming collections, as well as any promotions or special offers.
4. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandising and restocking products.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
