  1. Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or ordering new products.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
  4. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  5. Create and maintain inventory reports, including stock levels, sales data, and forecasting.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure inventory needs are met.
  7. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage.
  8. Update and maintain inventory records in the company's database.
  9. Monitor product trends to anticipate changes in demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
  10. Communicate with customers and address any issues related to inventory availability.
  11. Train and supervise inventory team members to ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed.
