  1. Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and readily available for customers.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet sales demands and minimize overstocking.
  3. Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to accurately forecast and plan inventory needs.
  4. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any inventory-related issues.
  6. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent loss or damage of products.
  7. Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify trends and make strategic inventory decisions.
  8. Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure they have accurate knowledge of inventory levels and product availability.
  9. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and organization of products.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to make informed inventory management decisions.
  11. Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure smooth and accurate inventory operations.
  12. Maintain accurate inventory records and generate timely reports for management.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and loss prevention.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: An Inventory Coordinator At Massimo Dutti Must Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of All Inventory, Shipping And Receiving Schedules, And To Maintain Accurate Records.
