1. Curate and create fashion-forward outfits for customers based on their style preferences and current trends.
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into styling recommendations.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customers' fashion needs and preferences.
4. Assist customers in selecting and trying on clothing and accessories, offering styling advice and suggestions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized styling area, ensuring all clothing and accessories are properly displayed and accessible.
6. Collaborate with other team members to create visually appealing displays and promote new arrivals and special offers.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Massimo Dutti and its values to customers.
8. Communicate and work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure the store's fashion offerings align with current trends and customer demand.
9. Continuously educate yourself on fashion industry developments and emerging trends to provide customers with the most up-to-date fashion advice.
10. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and suggesting replenishment orders.
11. Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
12. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to create a welcoming and inviting shopping experience for customers.
13. Uphold the store's visual merchandising standards by ensuring all clothing and accessories are properly displayed and styled.
14. Participate in store events and promotions to promote the brand and attract new customers.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
