1. Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand fashion looks for Massimo Dutti.
2. Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into styling choices.
3. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute styling concepts for photoshoots and other marketing materials.
4. Work closely with the buying team to understand the brand's vision and product offerings.
5. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with fashion styling and outfit selections.
6. Maintain a clean and organized styling area and ensure all clothing and accessories are properly handled and stored.
7. Attend fashion shows, events, and other industry-related activities to stay informed and inspired.
8. Ensure all styling adheres to the brand's aesthetic and guidelines.
9. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image.
10. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to showcase Massimo Dutti's fashion offerings.
11. Collaborate with photographers, models, and other team members to ensure successful photoshoots.
12. Provide fashion expertise and advice to clients and team members.
13. Represent Massimo Dutti in a professional and positive manner at all times.
14. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
