1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute innovative styling ideas for Massimo Dutti's collections.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding each customer's individual needs and styling preferences.
3. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and apply them to create stylish and on-trend looks for our customers.
4. Utilize strong knowledge of Massimo Dutti's brand and products to effectively style and showcase them to customers.
5. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing the styling process for multiple customers.
6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their styling needs and provide personalized recommendations.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Massimo Dutti, representing our brand and values to customers.
8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer styling experience and provide feedback to the creative team.
9. Contribute to the maintenance and merchandising of the store to ensure a visually appealing and on-brand shopping environment.
10. Attend and participate in training and development sessions to enhance styling skills and knowledge of Massimo Dutti's products.
