1. Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect outfits and accessories, based on their individual style and needs.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer's needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
5. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
9. Uphold the company's standards and policies, including but not limited to, dress code, customer service, and loss prevention.
10. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by attending training sessions and actively seeking feedback from management.
11. Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
