  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide them with accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, and products to assist customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Massimo Dutti with a positive and welcoming attitude at all times.
  6. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and products to assist customers with their shopping needs and provide style advice.
  7. Handle and process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  9. Maintain the appearance of the store and merchandise displays to uphold the brand's image and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  11. Complete administrative tasks, such as inventory management, restocking, and processing returns, as needed.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  13. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle difficult or challenging situations with customers.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company processes, products, and services.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and culture at all times.
