Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Industry Trends, As Well As Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
