  1. Develop and implement tax technology strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all tax technology projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and data analytics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new tax technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on tax technology systems and tools to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in tax technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the company's processes.
  6. Analyze and assess current tax processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including tax, finance, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of tax technology initiatives.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of tax technology professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  9. Monitor and analyze tax data to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for tax technology initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to identify and implement tax technology solutions.
  13. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of tax technology processes and systems to identify any potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's long-term tax technology objectives.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the tax technology team and the broader organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Federal And State Income Tax.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Technology And Transformation, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Experience Managing And Implementing Tax Technology Systems, Such As Tax Compliance Software, Data Analytics Tools, And Process Automation.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Process Improvements And Efficiencies In Tax Processes.
