  1. Develop and deliver project management training programs to employees at all levels of the organization.
  2. Create and maintain a comprehensive library of project management tools and resources.
  3. Design and implement training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  4. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training content.
  7. Support the adoption of project management methodologies and practices across the organization.
  8. Provide individual coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their project management skills.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on project management, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  10. Participate in project management-related initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  11. Communicate regularly with employees to promote the value and benefits of project management training.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
  13. Manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance and completion.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities and employee progress.
  15. Collaborate with other members of the CFPMO Enablement Team to ensure alignment and consistency in training programs and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On Training And Development.

  • Certified Project Management Professional (Pmp) Or Other Relevant Project Management Certification.

  • Strong Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Microsoft Project.
