People & Culture Coordinator

Work closely with the rest of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for implementing, communicating and providing training resulting from any project work. The day-to-day work of this role will also support all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees, including delivery of employee onboarding, facilitating manager training, working to resolve employee queries and managing data. Work with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges. Act as the first point of contact in HR for employees and managers. Manage HR project work and roll-out of HR initiatives. Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees. Support processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organizational change and conduct issues. Deliver training to support manager development. Review HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability.
