- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify key metrics and data needs.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Utilize statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to identify trends and patterns in employee data.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR teams to identify and address workforce trends and challenges.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
- Collaborate with IT teams to streamline data collection and management processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to gather and analyze benchmarking data.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to people analytics.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with utmost discretion.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the people analytics function.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In People Analytics, Hr Analytics, Or Data Analytics.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, R, Or Python.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris And Talent Management Tools.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights For Hr And Business Leaders.
