- Conduct model validation for various investment models used by the company.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management and incorporate them into the model validation process.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to existing investment models based on validation results.
- Communicate model validation results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track model performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the robustness of investment models.
- Support the development and maintenance of model risk management policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on model validation techniques and processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during model validation reviews.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to investment risk management as required.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct in all job duties and interactions with colleagues and clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investment Risk Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Modeling And Data Analysis.
Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Industry Standards Related To Risk Management, Such As Basel Iii.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Risk Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
