
Learning & Performance Consultant, Digital Learning

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement digital learning solutions that align with business objectives and drive employee development and performance.
- Conduct needs analysis and evaluate existing learning programs to identify opportunities for improvement and integration of digital learning technologies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital learning technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their incorporation into learning and development strategies.
- Create engaging and interactive digital learning content, including videos, simulations, and e-learning modules.
- Utilize performance management tools and data to assess the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide ongoing support and training to employees and stakeholders on the use of digital learning tools and resources.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all things related to digital learning and performance management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of digital learning strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality digital learning solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for digital learning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all digital learning programs and initiatives.
- Continuously assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of digital learning solutions, and make adjustments as needed to ensure they are meeting the needs of employees and the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Learning Design And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Proven Track Record Of Creating Effective And Engaging Digital Learning Solutions For A Diverse Audience
Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Authoring Tools
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
