- Lead the Credit Risk Analytics department and manage a team of analysts.
- Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to ensure the stability and growth of the company's credit portfolio.
- Conduct thorough analysis of credit risk data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and finance, to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on credit risk management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in credit risk management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as credit bureaus and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the credit portfolio and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on credit risk analysis techniques and best practices.
- Communicate and present complex credit risk data and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve credit risk models and methods to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new credit products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Strong Analytical Skills: A Lead, Credit Risk Analytics Professional Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Analyze And Interpret Complex Data Related To Credit Risk. This Includes Experience With Statistical Analysis And Modeling Techniques, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Credit Risk Metrics And Regulatory Requirements.
Experience In Credit Risk Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry. This Should Include Experience With Credit Risk Modeling And Analysis, As Well As Managing Credit Risk Portfolios.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Lead, Credit Risk Analytics Professional Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Credit Risk, Including But Not Limited To Basel Iii, Solvency Ii, And Ifrs 9. This Includes Experience With Risk-Based Capital Requirements, Stress Testing, And Reporting.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Analysts And Oversee Their Work. Candidates Should Have Proven Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Key Member Of The Risk Management Team, The Lead, Credit Risk Analytics Professional Will Be Responsible For Presenting Complex Data And Insights To Senior Management And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.
