  1. Manage investment accounting processes: Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of investment transactions and maintaining proper documentation.

  3. Provide accurate financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for investment portfolios, identifying any discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.

  7. Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Work independently and collaboratively: Be able to work independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating with team members on larger projects.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field: Possess a strong educational background in accounting or finance to understand complex investment accounting principles.
  10. Minimum 2 years of experience in investment accounting: Previous experience in a similar role is required to effectively manage investment accounting processes.
  11. Detail-oriented and organized: Must be highly detail-oriented and able to handle large amounts of data with accuracy.
  12. Passion for numbers and financial analysis: Strong interest and aptitude for working with numbers and conducting financial analysis.
  13. Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  14. Excellent communication skills: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
