- Educate financial advisors and brokers on the benefits and features of MassMutual life insurance products.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of potential clients and offer appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position MassMutual products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to financial advisors and brokers.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to effectively manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to MassMutual products and the insurance industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and sales results.
- Represent MassMutual in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing and underwriting, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to drive business growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Previous Experience In Financial Services Or Insurance Industry
