Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Strong Understanding Of Life Insurance And Annuity Products, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
