  1. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and understand the business needs and requirements for HRIS solutions.
  2. Design, develop, and implement HRIS solutions that align with the company's HR processes and strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  4. Provide technical support and assistance to HR and other departments on HRIS related issues.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and system manuals, for HRIS applications.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology and make recommendations for system improvements.
  7. Partner with external vendors and consultants to ensure effective implementation and integration of HRIS solutions.
  8. Monitor and maintain HRIS system security and data integrity.
  9. Develop and deliver training to HR and other departments on HRIS applications and processes.
  10. Continuously assess and improve HRIS processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS technology, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new HRIS modules and upgrades.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of HRIS projects.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations in handling sensitive HRIS data.
  15. Act as a technical lead and mentor to junior HRIS team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Development Or Implementation.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Sql, And Python.

  • Knowledge Of Hris Systems Such As Workday, Sap Successfactors, Or Oracle Hcm.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
