- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Investigate security incidents and develop appropriate response strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for various security scenarios.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
- Manage the budget and resources for the SOC team.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the SOC and security operations.
- Represent the company in security-related meetings and conferences.
- Uphold the company's values and standards of conduct, and ensure all security operations are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading A Large Soc Team, Including Experience With Incident Response, Threat Detection, And Security Analysis.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Operations Processes And Procedures, As Well As Various Security Tools And Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Particularly In The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Improving Security Operations Processes And Procedures, And Driving Continuous Improvement In The Soc.
