- Lead and manage the SAP platform for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Extensive Experience With Sap Platform: A Head Of Sap Platform At Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working With Sap And Its Various Modules, Such As Sap Hana, Sap Erp, And Sap S/4Hana.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Head Of A Critical Department, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sap Professionals And Drive The Development And Implementation Of Sap Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: Familiarity With The Insurance Industry Is Crucial For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Implementing Sap Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of The Insurance Business.
