- Lead and manage the strategic distribution efforts for MassMutual's life and disability insurance products.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share for our insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key distribution channels, such as banks, broker-dealers, and independent agents.
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at distribution partners, and negotiate favorable terms for distribution agreements.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and adapt distribution strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of distribution strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales volume, market share, and distribution partner performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact distribution strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Represent MassMutual at industry events and conferences to promote our products and establish new partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize distribution processes and improve efficiency.

Leadership Experience: A Successful Head Of Massmutual Strategic Distributors - Life/Di Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team, Preferably In A Similar Role. Strong Sales And Distribution Background: The Role Requires A Candidate With A Strong Background In Sales And Distribution, Particularly In The Life And Disability Insurance Space. This Includes A Demonstrated Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Distribution Partners, Develop And Implement Sales Strategies, And Achieve Sales Targets.
