Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Accounting Systems Transformation (FAST) Program Manager Lead to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the successful execution of the FAST program, including setting clear objectives, timelines, and milestones.
  2. Lead and manage a team of project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration towards program goals.
  3. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates on program progress, identify risks and issues, and gather support for program initiatives.
  4. Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient use and allocation of funds and personnel.
  5. Identify, assess, and prioritize areas of improvement within the financial accounting systems and processes, and develop solutions to address these areas.
  6. Oversee the implementation and integration of new financial accounting systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure delivery of expected results.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the program team and promote a mindset of agility and adaptability.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial accounting systems and utilize this knowledge to drive program success.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Industry: Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Is A Leading Insurance Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Key Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
