- Lead and oversee the implementation of the Financial Accounting Systems Transformation (FAST) program, ensuring successful delivery and achievement of program goals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, to drive transformation and optimization of financial accounting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and buy-in for program objectives and initiatives
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the program's success, and proactively develop contingency plans to address them
- Communicate program progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in delivering program initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial services, project management, and business process optimization, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the FAST program

- Represent the FAST program and MassMutual at industry events and conferences, showcasing our transformation efforts and thought leadership in the financial services sector.
Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Projects, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Accounting Systems: The Fast Business Program Management Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Accounting Systems, Including Their Functionalities, Integration Capabilities, And Best Practices.
