  1. Lead and manage the implementation of innovative technology solutions for the company's field technology experience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology initiatives.
  4. Ensure that all technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems and processes.
  7. Facilitate meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to technology projects.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology projects.
  10. Provide training and support to end-users on new technology solutions.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology project management.
  12. Collaborate with other project managers and team members to ensure alignment and synergy across technology initiatives.

  15. Act as a subject matter expert on technology-related matters and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Field Technology Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Field Technology Systems And Processes, Including Mobile Devices, Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software, And Network Infrastructure.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion, Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
