Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Field Service, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Life Insurance, Annuities, And Retirement Planning.
Proven Problem-Solving And Analytical Abilities, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Customer Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
