- Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and institutions in the Southern California region.
- Promote and sell MassMutual's annuity products to potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate financial advisors and institutions about MassMutual's annuity products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for MassMutual and maintain a positive image of the company.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with other wholesalers and internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and product promotion.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Represent MassMutual with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Annuity Distribution In The Southern California Region.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Building And Maintaining Relationships With Financial Advisors And Broker-Dealers In The Region.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mmsd Annuity Products And Their Features, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape In The Southern California Market.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Financial Concepts To A Variety Of Audiences.
Current And Active Life Insurance And/Or Annuity Licenses In The State Of California, As Well As Any Required Securities Licenses (Series 6, 7, Or 63) For Selling Annuity Products.
