- Oversee all aspects of securities trade execution, including monitoring and managing trade workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in securities trade execution and reconciliation.
- Manage a team of securities traders and reconciliation specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure department goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with investment and risk management teams to ensure alignment of trading strategies with overall investment objectives and risk tolerances.
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to the investment portfolio to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of trade execution and reconciliation processes to identify and address any potential risks or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to securities trading and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external trading counterparties and vendors.
- Prepare and present reports on trade execution and portfolio performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to enhance trade execution and reconciliation processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices related to securities trading and reconciliation, and implement any necessary changes to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to securities trading and reconciliation.
- Uphold the company's values and mission of providing financial security and peace of mind to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Securities Trade And Reconciliation, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Sec Regulations And Industry Best Practices For Trade Execution And Reconciliation.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Trade Data.
Demonstrated Leadership And Management Experience, Including The Ability To Oversee A Team And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
