
Derivative Reconciliation Analyst

- Identify and investigate any discrepancies or errors in the reconciliation process.
- Collaborate with various departments, including trading, accounting, and risk management, to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain documentation and records of all reconciliation activities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to derivative trading and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reconciliation process.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on reconciliation status and address any issues or concerns.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary support and documentation.
- Keep abreast of changes in the company's derivative portfolio and assess the impact on reconciliation processes.
- Train and mentor new employees on reconciliation procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reconciliation tasks.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of all responsibilities.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the reconciliation process to promote efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Derivative Reconciliation Or Related Financial Analysis Role
Strong Understanding Of Financial Instruments, Including Derivatives And Their Valuation Methods
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Analysis Software
Excellent Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Complex Financial Data.
