Capital Risk Actuary

The Capital Risk Actuary will help drive forward several initiatives within the Capital and Investment Risk Team. In this role, you will need to be able to work independently, quickly understand and assess a situation, and collaborate within and across teams to effect positive change. Expand the scope and syndication of the statutory and economic risk appetite framework, by leveraging data and insights created by the Capital and Investment Risk Team. Enhance the team’s scenario and stress testing capabilities by leveraging the latest enterprise software platforms and best available information. Help bring economic value and capital risk to the forefront of new product discussions and strategy through the application of an economic value of new business framework. Help senior leadership gain further insight into MassMutual’s performance by conducting deep dives into different segments and product lines.
