
Alternative Investments Analyst
Working with each historical deal analyst for existing limited partnership investments to qualitatively reconcile on a quarterly basis reported quantitative fund performance with the historical analyst’s understanding of the status and performance of said fund and capturing this reconciled understanding as a quarterly performance grade. Serve as the primary deal analyst for certain legacy limited partnership investments. Design and build quantitative models at the request of portfolio managers in support of underwriting new investments. Maintain on an on-going basis, the detailed valuation models for certain strategic investments and provide quarterly accounting support for said investments. Analyze and reconcile proposed budget changes for certain strategic investments with original investment assumptions.
Interest in finance/investments, with basic accounting knowledge
At least 3 years of relevant investment experience
Preference for a CFA charterholder, or a current candidate in the CFA program
Have a working understanding of various asset classes across the alternative investment landscape
