- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis and findings.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with external audits.
- Train and mentor junior team members on actuarial best practices and procedures.
- Continuously review and improve internal audit processes and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation.
Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Professional Certification Such As Associate Or Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Soa) Or The Casualty Actuarial Society (Cas).
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Or Internal Audit Roles Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Amounts Of Data.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Sox And Gaap.
