  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall experience of community members at MIT.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to member experience.
  3. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the community, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
  4. Oversee and manage the budget for member experience initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, actively seeking their input and addressing their needs and concerns.
  8. Serve as a spokesperson for member experience initiatives, promoting MIT's commitment to fostering a positive and supportive community.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into strategies and initiatives to enhance member experience.
  10. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align member experience efforts with the overall mission and goals of MIT.

  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Member Experience Teams In A Large, Complex Organization.
