- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the dining experience for the MIT community and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of dining professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure a high level of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders at MIT to continuously improve and innovate dining services in alignment with the overall mission and goals of the university.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to make informed decisions and achieve financial objectives, such as budget management and cost control.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition and deliver cutting-edge dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to food service and hospitality.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services are provided to the MIT dining operations.
