  1. Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  2. Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques and ensure accurate interpretation of images.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all imaging procedures and patient information.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of imaging supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  7. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest imaging technology and techniques.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve imaging processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
  11. Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards, related to radiologic technology.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times.
  13. Serve as a positive representative of MIT and uphold its values and mission.
  14. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) Certification.

  • Massachusetts State License As A Radiologic Technologist.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Radiologic Technologist.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Radiology Equipment, Procedures, And Safety Protocols.
