  1. Coordinate and execute various digital programs and initiatives within the Digital Plus Programs department.
  2. Work closely with students and faculty to ensure smooth implementation and success of digital programs.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all program coordination tasks.
  4. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including students, faculty, and program partners.
  5. Manage program schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of program requirements.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for program improvement and growth.
  7. Monitor program budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to interested parties.
  9. Assist in the development of program materials and resources.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology and education to inform program development.
  11. Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants.
  12. Contribute to the overall success and reputation of MIT by delivering exceptional program coordination services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Computer Science, Digital Media, Or Educational Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Digital Or Technology-Related Field.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
