- Collaborate with the EMI Group leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the group's research projects.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Uphold the values and mission of MIT's EMI Group and represent the group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Setting.
Knowledge Of Electromagnetic Interactions And Their Applications In Research.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Familiarity With Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana.
